Reporter Endorses Congressman Garamendi (Poll)
Vacaville Reporter endorses John Garamendi for Congress, says incumbent demonstrates "Willingness to Work Across the Aisle."

Congressman John Garamendi (D-Fairfield, CA) received the endorsement of the Vacaville Reporter over the weekend. They touted his strong bipartisan track record, regular visits to Solano County, commitment to Make It In America policies, support for Travis Air Force Base, leadership in ending the war in Afghanistan, and support for the Delta. They wrote :
“For three years now, [Congressman John Garamendi] has been one of three congressmen who represent parts of Solano County. During that time, has drawn on his vast knowledge of Delta water issues to stand firm against federal forces trying to usurp the planning process going on at the regional and state level.
“A strong proponent of reenergizing America's manufacturing capabilities, he regularly pushes for -- and sometimes wins -- amendments and legislation that requires or encourages American-made products to be used in projects paid for with tax dollars.
