Officers Help 90-Year-Old Woman Get Coffee & Donuts after Busy Day (Dixon Police Log)
A busy day that included child abuse, grand theft, recovering dog stuck in storm drain, and ended helping a 90 year old woman get her coffee & donuts when she was found walking at nearly midnight.

0634 Threats call in the 200 block of East A Street.
0708 Vandalism in the 300 block of East C Street. Graffiti was sprayed on several walls in the area. The graffiti was associated with case taken the night before.

0758 Alarm in the 900 block of East A Street.
0821 Two vehicle collision at West A Street and Porter Road.
0858 Vandalism was reported over the next few hours with each vandalism occurring at multiple locations throughout the city. About 10 different locations were sprayed painted with red graffiti. During the course of the investigations, several items were located and logged into evidence. The items were identical at two Dixon crime scenes and were also located in Vacaville by VVPD who arrested two subjects at 0401 hrs in the morning. All cases in Vacaville were linked to all of our cases taken in Dixon PD. Both suspects were booked at CJ for PC 594, PC 186, PC 182 and PC 422.

1042 Grand Theft in the 400 block of Calmace Drive regarding 35 rings stolen during an unknown time frame.
1044 Threats call in the 400 block of Ellesmere between two ex-roommates.
1044 Recovered stolen vehicle in the 100 block of East F Street.
1049 Warrant attempt in the 1000 block of North Adams.
1212 Follow up in the 1000 block of Merryfield Drive.
1340 Wireless 911 HU at Porter Road and Marvin Way.
1344 Harassment in the 300 block of South Jackson.
1416 Trespassing in a field near Folsom Fair Circle.
1501 Follow up at the PD.
1504 Welfare check in the 1300 block of N. Lincoln St.
1605 Disabled vehicle in the 200 block of West A Street.
1633 Vandalism at the sound wall off of Porter Rd. and S. Almond St. Turned out to be efforts to cover up the vandalism.
1636 Citizen assist via the telephone at the PD.
1655 Grand Theft in the 1300 block of N. Lincoln St.
1658 Reckless driver in the area of Sycamore and Hillview Dr.
1810 Alarm in the 200 block of Stratford Avenue.
1827 Welfare Check in the 200 block of East Dorset Drive.
1919 Citizen assist at the Northwest Park regarding a small dog stuck in the storm drain. Dog was recovered.
1929 Stolen vehicle in the 200 block of East Dorset Drive.
2033 Barking dog complaint in the 500 block of Brian’s Way.
2038 Wireless 911 in the 400 block of North Jackson Street.
2058 Citizen assist in the 600 block of Schooner Ridge Drive.
2129 Citizen Assist in the 100 block of East Dorset Drive.
2310 Welfare check in near East C Street and North 1st Street for an approx 90 year old female wanting to walk to 711 for coffee and a doughnut. Coffee and a doughnut were provided and she was transported back home safely.
