1335    Vicious dogs at 1000 block Windmill Drive for three pitt bull mixed dogs running lose and threatening neighbors. Ongoing problem. Fence unsecured on the south side of property. Three dogs taken by Humane Animal Services after 16 year old male juvenile at the residence let officers into the back yard.

1345    Assault in progress at West D Street and North Adams Street over an unreturned bicycle. No injuries. Reporting Party refused report and prosecution.
