1108   Follow up at the PD in regards to last night arrest of Megan Caruso resulted in the arrest of Megan Caruso, 21, of Kenosha Wisconsin again, on two–nationwide extraditable warrants for her arrest from Washington County in Wisconsin. The warrants were entered into NCIC after she bailed out from the Solano County Jail earlier in the morning. The warrants were for possession of narcotics and Bail-Jumping. Caruso was re-booked into the Solano County Jail. (See previous entry here.)
