Arrest Causes Commotion In Safeway Parking Lot Last Week

A suspicious person call lead to the arrest of young man in the Safeway parking lot last week.

According to Dixon Police, on Oct. 17 around 12:30 p.m, officers responded to report of a suspicious person in the 1100 block of Woodman Way.

Crews saw a person in the area, and by the time they could stop him, he was near Safeway.

The man, identified as Kirklyn Tucker, 25, of Dixon, and was subsequently arrested for a warrant for “Failure to Appear” in court on a previous drug case.
