The news that Chevy's Fresh Mex closed its doors on Sunday sparked quite a bit of commentary on our Facebook page as well as on the Patch.
In one of the comments, blogger and longtime Dixonite Gary Erwin mentions he'd like to see El Charro restaurant make a comeback in Dixon.
The opening of this building can bring a plethora of business possibilities. Would it be a high-end restaurant on par with the French Laundry in Yountville? How about a BJ's Brew Pub or a Red Lobster?
