Three Dixon Real Estate Companies Merge to Become "Coldwell Banker Kappel Gateway Realty"
Coldwell Banker, Kappel & Kappel Realty, Inc., and Solano Gateway Realty, Inc. merge, becoming Coldwell Banker Kappel Gateway Realty; celebrating with a Dixon Chamber of Commerce and 95.3 KUIC coffee break.
The Dixon Chamber of Commerce celebrated a Ribbon Cutting & 953 KUIC Coffee break for member Coldwell Banker/Kappel Gateway Reality.
Located at 1140 Pitt School Rd., Dixon, Coldwell Banker & Kappel Real Estate have been longtime Dixon Chamber of Commerce members but celebrated a new Ribbon Cutting to introduce the Dixon Community to their new name.
Coldwell Banker Kappel Gateway Realty was created through the merger of Kappel & Kappel Realty, Inc. and Solano Gateway Realty, Inc.
Both firms founded in 1972 are the market leaders in Solano County, Welcoming more than 200 agents in seven offices serving Solano County with branch offices in Vacaville, Fairfield, Dixon and Green Valley.
