<p>Dixon's Independent Voice is a locally-owned newspaper that publishes each week. It is delivered to over 4,500 homes, farms and  business and covers a wide variety of topics in Dixon.</p> <p>The newspaper is owned and operated by husband-and-wife team Dave and Pat Scholl and features columnists such as Ted Hickman. The paper is also widely distributed among stores in Dixon.</p>
