Roving Clovers 4-H Club Teaches Life Skills, Enrollment Night Set for Thursday

Learn about and enroll for Rover Clovers 4-H Club of Dixon during an enrollment night planned for Thursday, 6:30 p.m., at the Vet's Hall

Hi, my name is Audrey Hennigan and I’m 13 years old. I’m a member of Roving Clovers 4-H right here in Dixon.

Some people think that to be in 4-H you have to raise and sell a market animal but really that’s not true. Some of the 4-H projects that don’t include animals are sewing, cake decorating, archery, photography and much more.

There are also some projects that have animals that you raise and show like rabbits, dog obedience, and chickens. 4-H teaches me a lot of life skills, including but not limited to leadership, responsibility, and community service.
