Yolo Hospice hosts Chamber Mixer

About 50 people comprise the Yolo Hospice—a program that emphasizes the quality of life for people who have life limiting illnesses. They are not necessarily a place as they provide care wherever they are needed when there is no cure. They serve several counties including Solano out of their Davis office.

They are dedicated to helping people live life to its fullest, up to the final moment. They are about surrounding a client and the loved ones with medical, emotional and spiritual support.

They do this through a well-rounded team approach to addressing the needs of patients and family.

Yolo Hospice will be hosting the next Chamber Mixer on Wednesday, February 22, from 5:30-7 p.m., at the Chamber of Commerce, 220 North Jefferson. Chamber members are $5 and non-members are $10 but first time guests are free. These events offer great networking opportunities and there are raffles, prizes and fun always.

For more information on the Yolo Hospice, call (530) 758-5566 or go to yolohospice.org. They are located at 1909 Galileo Court, Suite A, in Davis.
