Summer Break Bike Tour Coming Saturday

Explore Lynch Canyon via Mountain Bike Ride

Explore Lynch Canyon by mountain bike this Saturday, July 21, from 9am to noon with volunteer Karen Peitz.  This ride is designed especially for families and beginners, and is open to anyone and any cycling ability.  Slower riders will not be left behind.

Depending on the preferences of the group, the route may be an easy ride to the reservoir and back, or a more challenging ride with hills.  Peitz will share Lynch Canyon’s history and educational benefits at points along the way.

Riders must wear helmets and should wear sturdy closed-toe shoes as well as protection from sun, wind, and fog. Bringing plenty of water is a must since there is no drinking water anywhere on the property. Gloves, snacks, a picnic lunch and bug repellent are also recommended.
