Two Dixon High Cheerleaders to Perform in Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade

According to the Vacaville Reporter, Emily Idleman and Becca Hammack will participate in the long-time Thanksgiving Day tradition.

Two Dixon High School cheerleaders will get to live a dream Thanksgiving Day.

According to the Vacaville Reporter, 16-year-old Becca Hammack and 15-year-old Emily Idleman will participate in the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade in New York City this year. The two girls will be staying in the city for six days preparing all day to perform on what will likely be a cold November day.

The girls were approached about going to the event after attending cheer camp in Davis. Check out Patch later this week for more on the duo.

Becca is my daughter's cheer coach for DYFC. It is amazing how much love she has for these girls and her sport! She is very patient, always positive, and such a hard worker. Please help Becca and Emily by going to Mary's Pizza Shack TONIGHT! When you present a flier, a percentage of your order goes to help these girls get to New York!
