Early Pregnancy Class
Women expecting babies can learn more about the changes their body is experiencing and how to be comfortable in pregnancy during a one-night class Tuesday, July 17, 7-9 p.m. hosted at a new children’s clothing and toy store in downtown Dixon.
Debra Dingman, a childbirth and parenting educator, will cover topics including nutrition, what to expect in the early months, communications with your partner, and an introduction to relaxation. A video on fetal development will also be shown and a brief talk on the benefits of childbirth preparation will be shared
Pregnant women are encouraged to attend with their partner if possible.

The class will take place at Nana and Company Children’s Boutique, a store that sells new and gently-used clothing and gear for children and mothers-to-be at 141 North First Street in Downtown Dixon.
