Early Pregnancy Class

Women expecting babies can learn more about the changes their body is experiencing and how to be comfortable in pregnancy during a one-night class Tuesday, July 17, 7-9 p.m. hosted at a new children’s clothing and toy store in downtown Dixon.

Debra Dingman, a childbirth and parenting educator, will cover topics including nutrition, what to expect in the early months, communications with your partner, and an introduction to relaxation. A video on fetal development will also be shown and a brief talk on the benefits of childbirth preparation will be shared

Pregnant women are encouraged to attend with their partner if possible.
