One of the top priorities of the administration at Dixon High School has is to restore the loss of students' and parents' trust and confidence in the school that was generated by the events of Saturday's prom.
But they have a lot of work to do.
A lot of students and their parents said that an apology is perhaps the first step in making things right. They might just get that and more tonight at Dixon High's Theater.
A panel plans to address many questions brought up as a result of Promgate and attempt to make things right. The panel will consist of DUSD Interim Superintendent Brian Dolan, DUSD Board President Dr. Irina Okhremtchouk and Dixon High Principal John Barsotti.
Parents and students are welcomed to attend this special meeting at 7:45 p.m., at Dixon High's Theater. Patch will also be at the meeting to cover the event.
