Which Restaurant Makes the Best Steak in Dixon?

This week we're asking you to choose the best steak in town.

Patch's Readers Choice contest kicks off this week with the sizzle of steak. Who does it best?

Here are Patch's favorite steak preparers in town, but if we're leaving one off the list, let us know and we will put it into the running:

Readers can add a comment and review the business on its Dixon Patch Places page. Polls will close at 9 a.m. Friday.

Then, on Friday, check back for the results.

We hope you enjoy this week's contest. Have fun by voting one time only in the poll, and we have a great way for you to show some love for your favorite business here as well. Give them a great review and a positive rating on their Patch Directory page.

The poll goes away after a few days, but the positive reviews and ratings stay forever with your favorite business -- plus they count heavily in the contest judging too! See attached PDF for complete contest rules.

Gary, Cattlemens gets their meat only from Harris Ranch. They work together :)

Thank you Samantha. I prefer open range, grass fed, organic if its available and certainly a gentle slaughter.

Cattlemen's is great. I would not eat at Bud's. I have found the service, and food to be substandard.

Not a Restaurant but my husband, Michael makes the best steak in town, hands down. Why go out for a steak when I can get the best at home! ♥
