Update: I-80 Lanes Reopened After Injury Crash

5:21 p.m. Update: Two lanes on westbound Interstate 80 in Vacaville that were closed by an injury accident this afternoon have reopened, according to the
California Highway Patrol.

A vehicle overturned just east of Interstate Highway 505 in the accident, which was reported just before 4:30 p.m. The two right lanes were closed at around 4:45 p.m. and reopened at 5:12 p.m.

Two lanes on westbound Interstate 80 are closed in Vacaville this afternoon due to an injury accident that caused a vehicle to overturn, according to the California Highway Patrol.

The two right lanes are closed just east of Interstate Highway 505 by the accident, which was reported just before 4:30 p.m.

Motorists should expect severe traffic and delays, and are advised to avoid the area if possible. There is no estimate for when the lanes will reopen.
