The reported today that a Solano Grand Jury report found that the lack of accounting practices at the could be a liability for Solano County.

The Grand Jury Report, released Thursday, comes at the heals of a recent that brought several accounting problems at the to light.

In addition to the accounting concerns, the Grand Jury Report states that the Vet's Hall has no clearly-defined management accountability and duties.
