Enterprise: Dixon Woman Convicted of 2007 Hit-and-Run Injury Accident, Jury Hangs on Her Dad's Case

The Davis Enterprise reports that a Dixon woman accused of a 2007 hit-and-run accident that injured two Davis men was convicted in a Yolo County courtroom. The jury however hangs on the case against her father, accused of attempting to cover up the crime

The Davis Enterprise reports that a Yolo County jury found a Dixon woman guilty of fleeing the scene of a 2007 accident that left two Davis men with injuries. The jury deadlocked Monday on the case against her father, who was accused of attempting to cover up the crime.

The jury found Noelle Warren, 27, guilty of  the Aug. 27, 2007, crash that left Davis resident Jonathan Pinkerton hospitalized for 17 days and injured his friend, Kyle Daubert according to the Enterprise.

The accident took place along Russell Boulevard in rural Davis.Warren left the scene of the accident.

Her father, Lorin Warren was accused of attempting to cover up the crime by hiring an unlicensed mechanic to fix his daughter's vehicle so as to avoid her arrest. The jury however, acquitted Lorin Warren of the charge of being an accessory to a crime after deadlocking in a Yolo County Superior Courtroom, the Enterprise's story said.
