City Mayor Clarifies Inaccurate Local Citizen Statements in Letter to the Dixon Tribune

Construction begins tonight on the West B Street undercrossing. With several residents vocal about their concerns of the $6.5-million project, the Mayor says the noise may not be even as severe as the freight trains rumbling. Read comments & his note

The City of Dixon sent out a press release on Sept. 22, a copy of a letter sent to residents around downtown that could be subject to construction noise. 

The letter explained that construction activity will begin Friday and offered suggestions for residents that could be bothered by the vibrations and commotion.
