Chamber President Gaulke to Lead With Second Term

Luncheon Ceremony Installs New Board Directors

Yesterday's Chamber of Commerce Installation Luncheon served a full house with plenty of dignitaries including Solano County Board of Supervisor John Vazquez and Dixon's Mayor Jack Batchelor.

"Your business is our business," said Chamber President Bert Gaulke as he reminded the audience of members of his slogan he adopted for his work as President last year. The Chamber as had some struggles but through the hard work and commitment of the Board of Directors, it has done well to overcome them and will continue to strive for excellence, he told the audience.

Gaulke has been elected to serve a second term of office and Cher Besneatte will also serve a second year on the Board but is stepping up to First Vice President.
