Vehicle Stolen While Warming-Up in the Morning (Dixon Police Log)

Dixon Police Log for Friday, November 16, 2012

0555 Stolen vehicle in the 100 block of West Walnut. A Dodge Durango, was just stolen while it was warming up in the driveway with the keys in the ignition. A county wide code 666 was broadcast at 0556 hrs and VVPD spotted the car at 0608 hrs at Leisure Town Road and Alamo Drive. Brandie Stout, 28 of Fairfield was arrested and booked at CJ for CVC 10851, PC 496, PC 1203.2.

0709 Abandoned auto in the 1400 block of Ary Lane.

0808 Disturbance in the 400 block of West E Street.

0922 Citizen assist at the PD regarding a vehicle release.

1048 Silent alarm in the 100 block of North 1st Street. Turns out it was a false alarm

1056 Alarm in the 100 block of North Jackson.

1211 Agency assist for Dixon Fire Dept in the 800 block of Stratford regarding a medical issue.

1253 Littering complaint in the 300 block of West Chestnut.

1342 Citizen assist in the 200 block of West A Street.

1346 Disturbance in the 900 block of Pembroke Way.

1412 Wireless 911Hang up in the 300 block of Industrial Way.

1438 Security check in the 300 block of East C Street.

1558 Abandoned auto in the 500 block of North Adams Street.

1926 Alarm in the 1200 block of Stratford Ave.

2033 Citizen assist at the Police Station.

2120 Alarm in the 300 block of Industrial Way.

0142 Theft in the 200 block of East Dorset Dr.

0453 Follow up in the 200 block of East Dorset in regards to the previous theft.

I took myRead More 6th graders there for many years and Alliance has an outstanding program that keeps the kids focused on environmental education and stewardship. The night hike through the redwoods was always their favorite (along with the zip line).
