Vacaville PD Arrest Oakland Man for Suspected Possession of $15,000 Worth of Methamphetamine
The Vacaville Police Department arrest an Oakland man during a traffic stop on suspicion of possession of meth and a loaded gun

A 38-year-old Oakland man was arrested for allegedly possessing $15,000 worth of methamphetamine and a loaded gun after Vacaville police pulled him over for making an illegal U-turn Thursday night, police said.
Damian Law was stopped at the intersection of Depot and Bush streets for a traffic violation at about 10 p.m., police said. As the officer approached the car, Law started to reach under the driver's seat frantically, police said.

Law was removed from the car and police found a loaded 9 mm semi-automatic handgun under the driver's seat where Law was reaching, according to police.
Police also found about one pound of methamphetamine, a digital scale, drug packing material, and cash, which police suspect is associated with drug sales.

At the time of his arrest, Law was out on bail for a felony crime, police said. He was arrested for allegedly possessing a controlled substance for sale, transporting a controlled substance, possessing of a firearm while committing a felony and committing a crime while out on bail, according to police.
Law was booked into Solano County Jail.
