Stockton Parolee Arrested for Trespassing in Dixon (Dixon Police Log)

0600 Burglary in progress at the PG&E Substation at West A Street and Porter Road. An employee saw parolee John Gerard, (44), of Stockton lift the locked gate and enter the compound. Gerard fled from the area when confronted, and was later arrested by Officers hiding near the railroad tracks in the 300 block of N. First Street. Gerard booked at Solano CJ for Trespassing 602(J) PC and pending a parole hold.  

0735 Suspicious vehicle in the 200 block of Kids Way.  

0805 Abandoned Kawasaki Motorcycle parked in the 400 block of Coleman Drive for over a week.

0915 Agency assist for the Solano Sheriff’s Office in the 400 block of N. Washington Street.  

1215 Parking complaint in the handicapped parking in the 1200 block of Stratford Avenue.  

1330 Counterfeit 20 dollar bill passed in the 200 block of N. First Street.  

1405 Open sliding glass door at vacant home in the 1600 block of Marenda Drive.  

1500 Extra patrol request for the 1600 block of Marenda Drive.

1855 Violation of a Restraining Order in the 1300 block of Stratford Av.  

1920 Vehicle stop in the 300 block of N. Lincoln Street turned into a short pursuit that resulted in the arrest of the driver named Monique Solorio (25), for two outstanding warrants for Driving on a suspended license, FTA, DUI & Probation Violation. Solorio was booked at CJ along with new charges of Driving on a Suspended License, and Failure to Yield. The passenger named Alfredo “Freddy” Ponce (31) also had an outstanding warrant out of  Solano County for Failing to Register as a Sex Offender. Ponce was also booked at CJ.   

2000 Sex Registration Compliance check in the 2500 block of Plaza Ct.   

2005 Suspicious circumstances in the 800 block of North Adams Street, of subjects wearing masks and were pacing around out front, making employees nervous.

2010 Wireless 911 hang-up at in the 1500 block of Pembroke Way.   

2020 Compliance check in the 800 block of N. Adams St.   

2045 Compliance check in the 200 block of Stratford Avenue, resulted in the arrest of Francisco Lara for a parole violation after marijuana was found in his possession.    

2115 Suspicious person in the 400 block of S. Lincoln Street.
