1215 Suspicious circumstance in the 600 blk of N. Almond St.

1730 Suspicious vehicle left near the intersection of N. Washington / West H Sts.  Subjects observed parking vehicle and fleeing on foot into a neighborhood.  Vehicle returned stolen out of Fairfield earlier in the day.  Registered owner responded and took possession of vehicle.
