All lanes of eastbound Interstate Highway 80 near Vacaville have reopened this afternoon after being shut down for about an hour because of police activity, Caltrans officials said.
The lanes were closed near Pena Adobe Road between 1:45 p.m. and 2:45 p.m., Caltrans spokesman Vince Jacala said.
The California Highway Patrol provided traffic control and the Suisun City Police Department responded to the incident.
Suisun City police were not immediately available for comment.
