After being reported missing Monday, Dixon resident, Roger Joseph Lozano, 25, has returned home safely to his family's relief.

Lozano was last seen and talked to Monday afternoon when he had taken a bus trip to Arden mall; he had planned to be home that evening. When he didn't return home, or answer phone calls his family worried for his safety to do a mild mental impairment that makes him sometimes intimidating to strangers.

His family reports that Lozano's phone had died, and because of his condition he didn't realize anyone was worried about him.

He reportedly hung out at the Hilton Hotel Lobby over night, then took the bus to Sunrise Mall, where he wandered around most of yesterday, before heading to a gas station in North Sacramento to call home Wednesday morning.

His family is just happy he made it home safely from his adventure around the big city.
