0715 Suspicious person at North Lincoln and Rehrmann Drive regarding a person riding a yellow bicycle and was looking into vehicles.

0817 Vehicle stop of a bicyclist at North Washington and West B Street resulted in the arrest of Jennifer Miller, 21, of Dixon for possession of drug paraphernalia and marijuana. She was cite-released from the PD.

2330 Follow-up at the Dixon Motel regarding the fresh graffiti found nearby resulted in the arrest of Octavio Guerrero (26), of Vacaville, for possession of methamphetamine, and possession of narcotics paraphernalia. Guerrero was booked into the county jail.

0215 Vehicle collision at Stratford Ave & Parkgreen Drive resulted in the arrest of Jose Jimenez-Nuno, (36), of Dixon, for DUI. Jimenez-Nuno was booked into the Solano County Jail.
