Masturbating Motorist Nabbed at Dixon Gas Station

A West Sacramento man who was allegedly watching porn and masturbating while parked at a Dixon gas station was taken to jail Thursday, charged on suspicion of lewd conduct in a public place

A West Sacramento went to jail Thursday afternoon after deputies arrested him on suspicion of lewd conduct in a public place.

The Solano County Sheriff's Department said that Michael Wiles, 36, of West Sacramento parked his car at a on the 6800 block of Sievers Road and began watching porn on a laptop computer.

According to the Sheriff's Department, Wiles began masturbating inside his vehicle, in full view of gas station patrons. A witness contacted police and sheriff's deputies arrived to the gas station at 1:35 p.m.

The deputies contacted Wiles, who admitted to them that he was watching an adult film on his laptop and that he was masturbating, according to the sheriff's department.

The witness told police that another vehicle parked at the gas station, children exited the vehicle and Wiles allegedly watched them as he was masturbating.

Deputies took Wiles into custody and arrested him on suspicion of the aformentioned charge. Police recovered a laptop computer, a Kindle, an external hard drive and a re-writable DVD from inside Wiles' vehicle.

This case is under investigation.

What was that Wiles guy trying to pull? We don't allow that kind of monkey business in our little town. I say throw the book at him. (Just make sure there is not nudie pictures in the book.)

For god's sake this is such a no brainer. Snap a photo of him/his license plate, call 911 and watch the fun begin. You can either photograph him so he can see you if you don't want to wait around for the police to take a statement (be sure to take the plate photo first), or you can be sneaky about him and get him arrested.
