1914 A Dodge truck stolen out of Dixon was recovered in the 1300 block of Business Park Drive along with a Honda CRX stolen out of W. Sacramento. Arrested were Jose Pelayo (30) of Bryte and David Stevens (32) of Vacaville. Both were booked at Solano County Jail.
