1730    Loud music in the area of Wintun Ct.

1815   Citizen contact in the 1100 blk Dawson Dr.

1820   Report of an unlawfully parked vehicle in the 200 blk East D St. 

1840   Report of a physical fight in the 300 blk N. Jefferson St. Warnings given to all parties involved.

1855   Alarm call in the 1500 blk Hannah Ct. 

1915   Report of a theft in the 300 blk S. Jackson St.

2045   Disturbance call in the 300 blk Manning Way.  Robbin Scott Pickles(48) was placed under citizen arrest by his live-in girlfriend for breaking her car windshield during an argument.  Mr. Pickles was also booked into the county jail for public intoxication.

2200   Cellular 911 in the 400 blk of La Esperanza Dr. 

2215   Cellular 911 @ 704 N. Adams St. 

2240   Report of a hit and run accident in the 1300 blk Commercial Way.

2355   Loud party call in the 600 blk West H St. 

Monday Feb. 20, 2011

0025   Traffic stop at N. Washington / West D St resulted in an unlicensed driver cite to Juan Montoya(33), of Dixon.   The vehicle he was driving was towed for 30 days. 

0105   Loud party recall in the 600 blk West H St.  Party was shut down.

0105   Report of loud music in the 600 blk S. First St. 

0110   415(party) in the area of Collier Dr / S. Seventh St.  98/A  Forsythe

0300   Contact with 3 juveniles at Pembroke Way north of Stratford Ave. Juveniles were transported home and released to parents for being out after curfew.
