0659   Traffic hazard at East B Street and North 2nd Street regarding a broken tree limb. 

1116   Follow up at Dixon High School. 

1212   Suspicious Circumstances in the 600 block of Fountain Way. 

1233   Theft in the 500 block of College Way regarding a stolen I-Phone. 

1252   Suspicious Circumstances in the 800 block of West F Street. 

1542   Harassment in the 300 block of Pheasant Run Drive.  

1618   Traffic enforcement stop at North 1st Street and West A Street resulted in the arrest and cite release from the scene of Lyle Horne, 31, of Oakley for CVC 14601.1A-Driving on a suspended license, CVC 4462.5-False Tabs and other infractions. His vehicle was towed. 

1622   Embezzlement in the 200 block of East Dorset Drive. . 

1623   Follow up in the 400 block of South Adams Street. 

1705   Suspicious person at West A Street and North Almond Street. 

1906   Suspicious Vehicle in the 200 block of West Mayes.

 1923   Follow Up in the 1500 block of Pembroke Way. 

1924   Traffic Stop on North 1st Street at East H Street resulted in the unlicensed juvenile getting his parents vehicle impounded. 

1954   Citizen Assist in the 200 block of East Dorset Drive.  

2031   Follow Up in the 200 block of East Dorset Drive. 

2033   Citizen Assist in the 300 block of South 7th Street. 

2133   Suspicious Circumstance in the 200 block of East D Street. Resulted in an abandoned vehicle being impounded and an unsuccessful area search of the driver conducted.                                                                                                    

2352   Suspicious Circumstance on Solano Court of a person yelling.
