Officer attempted to talk with the subject near the freeway and he was eventually arrested by three officers for 148 PC-Resisting/Delaying Officer. Once he was he booked into the Solano County Jail, the jail staff recognized him as Eric Lemoore Toliver (23), of Fairfield. ,

1845 Disturbance in the 1300 block of North Lincoln Street resulted in Sean Glenn Bibby, (20), of Dixon, for PC 594-Vandalism, PC 242-Battery and PC 148- Resisting Arrest. He was booked into the County Jail.

2140 5150 in the 200 block of East Chestnut Street resulted in a person being transported to crisis via a W&I 5150 hold.

2235 H&S complaint in the 1300 block of North Lincoln Street.
2240 Assault with a deadly weapon in the 1500 block of Valley Glen Drive. A Repo driver was confronted by the knife wielding reregistered owner and his wife, who tried to drive their vehicle off the tow truck forks after it had been repossessed ,while the husband distracted the repo driver. Darryl Eugene Merritt, (47), of Dixon, was booked for PC 245(a)(1)-Assault with a deadly weapon, CVC 10851-Stolen auto and CVC 10852-Tampering with a vehicle. Bridgett Ariana Merritt, (46), of Dixon, was booked for CVC 10851-Stolen vehicle. The vehicle was turned over the repo man and both were booked into the Solano County Jail.
2345 Alarm in the 1200 block of Business Park Drive.
0400 Suicidal threats in the 500 block of North Lincoln Street. He was transported by ambulance to Kaiser.
