The northbound road on state Highway 113 near Rio Vista in unincorporated Solano County reopened after cargo spilled from a tractor-trailer on Tuesday night, according to the California Highway Patrol.
A semi-truck with a spilled load was reported on Highway 113 at Hastings Island Road at about 6:45 p.m., the CHP said.
A Sig-alert was issued at about 8:30 p.m. and one-way traffic control was in effect, according to the CHP.
Clean up crews worked to clear the road of debris and reopened the roadway around 10:50 p.m., the CHP said.
