warrant for his arrest for a Failure to Appear on a previous case.

2350 Bike pursuit at North Washington & West D St resulted in the arrest 
of James Moseley, (40), of Dixon for 11377(a) H&S-possession of 
methamphetamine, 11364 H&S-narcotics paraphernalia, 148 PC-resisting 
arrest, and an outstanding no-bail felony warrant for 5012 PC-probation
violation. He was booked into the Solano County Jail.

0015 Suspicious person in the 200 block of North First Street. 
0145 Welfare check in the 1500 block of Ingrid Drive.
0150 Fight in the 800 block of North Adams Street.
0225 Threats in the 1400 block of Ary Lane. 
0240 Suspicious person in the 200 block of South Eighth Street.
0425 Vehicle stop at Market Lane & Pitt School Rd resulted in the arrest
of Jennifer Theresa Miller, (21), of Dixon for two, no cite warrants and was 
booked into the Solano County Jail.
