A report of battery on the evening of March 16 led to the arrest of Dixon resident John Gray, 55.
The incident took place on the 200 block of East Dorset Drive, according to the Dixon Police Department.
"The reporting party alleges that John Gray struck him with a leather belt during an unprovoked confrontation inside the store," according to the police report. "The reporting party placed Mr. Gray under citizen arrest for battery. Mr. Gray was booked at the Solano County Jail."
