0645 Alarm at 7800 block Batavia Road.
0740 Wireless 911 at 300 block N. Almond Street.
0800 Vandalism at 400 block E. Mayes Street.
0815 Petty theft at 200 block Ford Way.
0845 Traffic enforcement stop at 1100 block Pitt School Road resulted in the arrest of Phillip Castillo (27) of Dixon for petty theft after he climbed over the wall at the fire department and took cans. Castillo cited and released. Also arrest of Austin Moore (26) of Dixon for three outstanding warrants out of Solano County for Driving Under the Influence, Burglary, and Possession Controlled Substance. Moore was booked at Solano County Jail.

1835 Parking problems in the 100 block S. 1st St.
1900 911 hang up, 700 block Walnut Park Ave.
1900 Lost/stolen plate report at 400 block Morgan Lane.
2010 Petty theft at 2000 block N. 1st St.
2144 Welfare check on a possible drunk in public person in the 1300 block West H Street.
2230 Area check the 200 block West H St for suspicious person
2344 Suspicious person in the 900 block West A Street.
2355 Bicycle stop at N. Washington St and Park Dr resulted in arrest of Robert Thomas Cea (53) of Elk Grove for controlled substance possession. He was booked at Solano County Jail.
