Faith in Action Solano, an interfaith nonprofit agency, strives to promote the independence, end the isolation, and sustain the dignity of our homebound frail elderly: seniors with cancer and other chronic illnesses, seniors with disabilities, the medically vulnerable, and their family caregivers living throughout Solano County.
This assistance, provided by compassionate volunteers, is intended to help improve the quality of life for those we serve, help them remain independent in their own homes, and maintain a much-needed connection to their local community.
Our goal is to develop a network of trained, caring volunteers throughout Solano County, who will provide non-medical, non-acute in-home assistance and companionship to those in need.
