Our contributor Peter Fournier wrote a feature story on how becoming a Dixon City councilman has of shop owner Thom Bogue. We during the Dixon Chamber of Commerce’s Governmental Affairs Committee’s held at the senior center.

Our popular column focused on the history of the Jazz Band. Our contributor Bil Paul did a great job telling the history of this storied band and caught up with them at what could be their final performance.

Dixon Patch also visited to check in on the innovative students of the school’s . The students formed a virtual business called D-Town Whips that they use to sell virtual car parts and accessories and even automobiles. The class gives the students the skills necessary to run a business.
