Someone out there, perhaps in Dixon, has $17,052 reasons to be happy. It appears that someone purchased a ticket at along North First Street in Dixon and was among three invididuals who picked five winning numbers in the state lottery's Super Lotto Plus game.
The other winning tickets were sold at a Shell Gas station in Napa and Manila Oriental Market in San Francisco. The top winning ticket with a prize pool of $10 million was not sold anywhere.
