This Schedule of Local Events Should Prove Helpful
For those who want to get a jump on the calendar of upcoming events, here are some important dates. There are plenty of major events that happen each year in Dixon and of course, there will always be new ones added along the way but these are the big ones we know already.
January 5 – Downtown Dixon Business Association Merchant Meeting (Public is invited as well) is always the first Thursday of the month but locations change. They start at 8:30 am and the first one is at the back office of Dixon Family Services, 155 North Second Street. Call the DDBA office at (7070 678-8400 for more info.
February 4 – Dixon Game Conservation Club Annual Crab Feed. Contact John Kett at (707) 678-9155.

February 16 - The Dixon Chamber of Commerce will kick our year into gear with the State of the City Address hosted by the Governmental Affairs Committee, 7:30 a.m. at the Senior/Multi-Use Center, 201 South First Street, next to City Hall. It will be catered by Bud’s Pub and Grill. Tickets/Reservations required by calling (707) 678-2650.

March 10 – 49th Annual Citizen of the Year Dinner Dance by the Chamber of Commerce.

May 19 – (Tentatively Schedule) DDBA Spring Wine Stroll, 4 – 8 pm in Downtown Dixon.
May 31 – Dixon Unified School District Last Day of School
June 2 – Dixon High School Graduation Ceremony (morning) and Grad Night (evening).
