The Downtown Vacaville Business Improvement District (DVBID) is fired up and hot to host the 4th Annual Downtown Vacaville Rib & Chili Challenge Cook Off.
Each contestant begins preparing their own "secret" recipe in the morning and must make four gallons. Judging takes place in the afternoon in all categories (that goes for ribs too)!
Music begins at 9:30 a.m. with Amber Snider, followed by the Kevin Beadles Band at 11:30, Throwing Roses at 2 p.m. and the Terry Sheets band at 4:30 p.m. The day wraps up with 48 Straight taking the stage from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.
