We're all aware of the pleasant statue of children in the Women's Improvement Club park, but what other sculptures can be discovered in and around Dixon?
I looked for the full range, from garden ornamention to full, cast-metal sculpture. My criteria for sculpture specified three-dimensional objects created by human hands. That eliminated, for example, a large hunk of what I assume is petrified wood displayed in someone's front yard!
These were all shot along a morning's walk around Dixon with a Sony Ericsson K850i cameraphone, which takes five-megapixel photos. Some of the photos were enhanced using Photoshop.
