Dixon May Fair Parade on Tap for Saturday Morning

This year's theme of "This is My Country" will permeate throughout the numerous floats that will comprise this year's parade.

It's an annual tradition as old as the May Fair itself and on Saturday morning, it will return to Dixon to the delight of all.

Organized by the Dixon Chamber of Commerce, this year's theme is "This is My Country," a patriotic throwback that speaks of the small-town feel that is Dixon.

The fun begins with a Dixon Rotary Annual pancake breakfast before the parade at 7 a.m., at the Dixon Moose Lodge, 180 West B. Street. The cost of the breakfast is $5.
