Last year we had a lot of fun voting for the couple that we thought was the cutest. When it was all said and done, it was who received the most votes and were crowned Dixon's Cutest Couple.
This year, we are kicking off the contest once again to find Dixon's Cutest Couple 2012. We have made slight changes in the contest rules this year.
First, we will be offering a $25 gift certificate to the winners of this year's contest and secondly, we will feature the cutest couple in a profile story on the Patch. Third, yours truly will be picking finalists for the users of Dixon Patch to vote on.
To enter the contest, all you need to do is send me a photo of the couple (make sure to include their names) to carlos.villatoro@patch.com along with a paragraph or two, 100 words or so, as to why the couple deserves to win the contest.
I will choose the semifinalists from the entries. The final day to submit a photo and pitch is on Thursday, Feb. 9. We will be posting the finalists for a community vote and crown Dixon's Cutest Couple depending on who gets the most votes. Click here for official rules.
