The Parade will be themed "Delta Breeze" to match the Fair's theme, so expect to see a few boats being rowed down the street with the help of human feet. The Parade includes everything from marchers to floats to antique and customized automobiles. An annual attraction is the Dixon Recology Drill Team and it wouldn't be a parade without the Veterans of Foreign Wars, the Odd Fellows or the PT Cruisers car club.

Even the most lowly of duties is turned into a fun and frolicking activity as the "EP Patrollers", comprised of costumed kids, follow each of the mounted horse units with wheelbarrows and shovels to keep the streets clean for the rest of theparticipants.
