WE NEED YOUR HELP! We begin setting up for Grad Night this Friday (yes, tomorrow)! Please contact Collette Irvine (lettevine@aol.com) , Gail Smith (gailsmith1555@pacbell.net) or Lynda Jones (lmjones@ucdavis.edu) if you are able to help set up or work the night of Grad Night. Please check the following schedule to see where you may have some free time. We especially need NON-SENIOR PARENTS helping on Thursday and Friday of next week since the Senior Parents will be busy with their own graduation parties, etc. If you are unable to help set up, it would be great if we could have some folks volunteer to bring drinks/food to those who are setting up. Saturday, May 26 10:00-6:00 (or later...depends on the # of volunteers)
Sunday, May 27 10:00-6:00 (or later...)
Monday, May 28 10:00-6:00 (or later...)
Thursday, May 31 1:00-8:00 (or later...)
Friday, June 1 10:00-6:00 (or later...)
Saturday, June 2 - At Grad Night - Email Lynda for Open shifts. Most shifts are anywhere from 8:00 pm to 5:00 am Sunday morning.
